Lecture Hall III (ground floor).Digital transformation is revolutionizing our society to the core, challenging the effectiveness of previously developed policies in a broad range of areas as well as the role and function of the public sector overall. The conference focuses on the challenges and possible applications of ICT solutions in public service and deals with the latest developments in the field. New technologies, ICT solutions provide new approaches for government as well amongst other in the area of public services or through new methods of citizens’ engagement. Traditional boundaries between governments and the public are also changing. The conference will particularly focus on, but not limit itself to, the following topics:

– Data Science in government: big data, open data and database aspects
– Information architectures
– Intelligent systems in public service
– Legal and regulatory aspects of digital government.The conference addresses public sector practitioners and policy makers, industry professionals and academia alike. The disciplines covered are primarily information sciences, law and administrative science.
